[no type explicitly indicated] The Greenheart tree belongs properly to the rocky soil of British Guiana, 20 to 50 miles inland, and is found in abundance on hill-sides, along the rivers Essequibo, Cuyuni, Bemerara, Pomeroon, Berbice &c. [...].

Miscellaneous information:
Both collection numbers may refer to the same collection. - Sandwith (Trop. Woods 58: 24. 1939) suggested that the name should be spelt "rodiaei", because in his opinion ae and oe were indistinguishable in the original description, and that "ae" was better Latin. However, ae and oe are clearly different in the text, and the name is spelt "rodioei" twice, so that a typograpic error is unlikely. Still it should be corrected to "rodiei", in accordance with Art. 60.11 and Rec. 60C.1 of the ICBN (2007)
