Welcome to the Lauraceae Working Group

The Lauraceae working group provides a platform for an informal cooperation of scientists, students, plant collectors and plant enthusiasts from all over the world.  It is dedicated mainly to basic research and to the dissemination of knowledge about this fascinating group of plants.  We do not pursue any economic goals.  Anyone interested in the Lauraceae is invited to join us.  The group is currently administered by Jens G. Rohwer, University of Hamburg, Germany.
